Austin Wine & Food Foundation Gala – 6:30 PM-10:30 PM
This is our most comprehensive celebration of exceptional wine, culinary excellence, and giving back. You will enjoy the extensive auction lineup in the afternoon and the elegant four-course dinner and celebration at the Gala. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you.

Parking: We strongly encourage all attendees to use rideshare services, especially given the 4:30 PM auction start time. The JW Marriott offers self-park garage and valet options, though valet wait times can be lengthy during peak hours. Please plan accordingly to arrive by 4:30 PM.

Immerse yourself in our premier wine auction featuring an exceptional collection of rare wines, luxury experiences, and exclusive packages for our most passionate collectors and bidding enthusiasts. This intimate pre-gala event offers the full catalog of auction lots before transitioning seamlessly into the Gala.
⏰ IMPORTANT: Please arrive promptly by 4:30 PM to allow time for check-in, paddle pickup, and welcome remarks.
Auction Schedule:
● 4:30 PM — Auction check-in and welcome reception
(arrive by this time!)
● 5:00 PM — Live auction begins
● 6:30 PM — Auction concludes; transition to Gala
You wont need to check in again, but hang on to your bidder paddles!
Pro tip: Plan to arrive early and complete your credit card information before the event (see Action Item below) to expedite check-in.
Austin Wine & Food Foundation Gala

Experience an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence and giving back. The Gala features an exquisite four-course dinner with expert wine service from a team of Austin's finest sommeliers, a curated selection of 10-15 premium live auction lots (including luxury vacations, exceptional wines, and exclusive dining experiences), and an exciting raffle with coveted prizes. We're thrilled to have Eric Jensen of Booker Vineyard as our 2025 Featured Winemaker.

Gala Schedule:
● 6:30 PM — Welcome Reception featuring wines from Featured Winemaker Eric Jensen of Booker Vineyard
● 7:15 PM — Ballroom doors open; program and dinner begin
● Evening program includes keynote from Eric Jensen, live auction, Fund the Mission, raffle winners announcement, and a DJ, late night wine bar, and snacks.
● 10:30 PM — Event ends
