Location: JW Marriott, Grand Ballroom, 4th Floor

Parking: We strongly encourage all attendees to use rideshare services, especially given the 4:30 PM start time. The JW Marriott offers self-park garage and valet options, though valet wait times can be lengthy during peak hours. Please plan accordingly to arrive by 4:30 PM.
Attire: If you are only attending the Auction, business casual attire is perfectly acceptable! If you plan to get tickets for the gala as well, that event is black-tie optional.
⏰ IMPORTANT: Please arrive promptly by 4:30 PM to allow time for check-in, paddle pickup, and welcome remarks.
Schedule:
● 4:30 PM — Auction check-in and welcome reception (arrive by this time!)
● 5:00 PM — Live auction begins
● 6:30 PM — Auction concludes

Extend your evening! Following the Austin Wine Auction, we're hosting the Austin Wine & Food Foundation Gala from 6:30-10:30 PM. The Gala features an exquisite four-course dinner with expert wine service from a team of Austin's finest sommeliers, wines from Featured Winemaker Eric Jensen of Booker Vineyard, a curated selection of 10-15 additional premium live auction lots, and an exciting raffle with coveted prizes.
Your participation directly supports our philanthropic initiatives, including AWFF programming, the battle against food insecurity in Austin, and our scholarship program for local hospitality professionals. We'd love to have you join us for the complete Auction Weekend experience! Gala tickets and tables are available on our website until Tuesday, November 5 at 10am.
