By agreeing to this waiver the ticket purchaser acknowledges and consents to the following: a) All ticket holders must be 21+; b) Event tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an event on another date; Tickets can be transferred to another guest; c) the use of image, likeness, and voice in photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes by the event hosts.
